Program Description: This program provides general dentistry, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and fluoride sealants. All services are confidential. Target Populations: Low Income, People Without Health Insurance, People With Inadequate Health InsuranceSite Services: Not all services/details the same at every site. Call for details. Program Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm. Some Saturday service available. Call for details. Intake/Application: Walk-in, phone to check on language and appointment availability. Documents: Identification, insurance card, proof of income. Fees: Low cost, sliding fee. Method of Payment: Medi-Cal, cash, credit cards. Languages: SpanishVarious other languages.
