Volunteer dentists and VCU School of Dentistry students provide free emergency extractions and restorative care to eligible patients.
Call 344-5156 to schedule an eligibility appointment on:
Monday & Wednesday between 1:30 pm 3:00 pm OR Tuesday & Thursday between 4:00 pm 6:00 pm.
You will need:
-Photo I.D.
-Proof of Residence (utility bill, lease, etc.)
-If employed, one recent pay stub
-If unemployed, last 30 days of paystubs.
Fillings are scheduled by Appointments ONLY First, you will need to schedule an eligibility appointment by calling 344-5156.
Dates for eligibility appointments are on:
