Salud accepts the State of Colorado's plan, Colorado Dental Health Care Program for Low-Income Seniors. Salud offers a sliding fee scale based on family size and income. Insurance enrollment and payment assistance available. Hours:Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
