What to bring:
- For each appointment you must bring in proof of income (pay stub, award letter from any kind of government assistance, a letter from someone who is helping pay your bills), and proof of residency ( a utility bill or ID).
- The first visit will cost $35 for adults and $20 for children for an exam and x-rays and each visit after that will cost only the fee for the procedure.
- Bring your cash or money order to each appointment.

- Extractions $65
- Cleanings $40 adults/ $30 children

They don't want anyone in pain having to wait to be treated, so they take 3 emergency patients each day there is a doctor in the clinic.
The doors open at 8:15 and you have to be one of the first 3 people in the morning to be seen.
