Services

* Referral for urgent and emergency dental appointments with staff and volunteer providers

* Basic services (extractions and fillings)Financial Assistance, Costs, and Eligibility

* Clients must be uninsured and have an urgent dental need.

* Down payment at check-in: $25 for income less than 100% FPL; $40 for income over 100% FPL

* Sliding scale fee at completion of visit, no zero dollar fee
